I wonder why the report on the 2010 Tivoli incursion, which should be submitted by the Public Defender’s office, is taking such a long time. After several missed dates and various meetings regarding the issue, I thought that this report would have been completed, discussed and verified by now. Instead, we still have no report.
As a result of another recent unsuccessful attempt to get this report, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Michael Peart is now expected to meet with the Public Defender Earl Witter. Peart believes that the entire situation is very embarrassing since he informed parliament that the report was now complete and ready to be tabled.
What do you think about this situation of the non-report of the Tivoli report? It’s time again to have your say…
