    Hello Mr Wilson,
Sometime ago I was informed that it was illegal in Jamaica to offer goods/services and the charges are quoted in currency other that J$. Has there been a change in the law as it is now quite popular to observe on a frequent basis whereby goods/services are being quoted in a currency that is not J$?
Kindly let me have your early response.
    Thanking You.

  3. I am not the person to whom the question was addressed but I know from the BANK OF JAMAICA LAW, 1960 and from the CURRENCY CONVERTIBILITY in 1968 THE JAMAICAN CURRENCY IS THE ONLY LEGAL TENDER IN JAMAICA
