Do you have a Problem with Returns?

Author : teriann

It makes sense to ensure that the item you bought is in working order before you leave the store.  This is to avoid the hassle of trying to get a refund or exchange.  Of course sometimes the item malfunctions after being used for a short time.  If that happens I have found that most stores will exchange the item.  Most stores have strict policies governing returns but there is always an exception to the rule.  Have you ever had a problem with returns? Let me hear from you.
