Illegal, Ridiculous Or A Fashion Statement?

Well ladies and gentlemen, can you help this fashionista out with this one…

Have you ever called to the guy in-front of you in a queue to tell him his underwear’s showing? Only to be told to ‘mind your own business’!

Recently in Jamaica we have been hearing that the police want the right to stop, search and/or arrest men wearing there trousers very low on the hip. Apparently they feel it is  easy to conceal weapons when dressed in this manner.

This is not a new issue, as a number of US states have attempted to get legislation passed to stop this mode of dress.

So what do you think… Is it a fashion statement? Is it indecent exposure?  Would such a law be  an infringement of our civil liberties? Or is it a way of protecting society?

I am going to ponder this over a cup of coffee or two…  Yep, its definitely coffee time for me!
