Ever wondered how customer service agents deal with angry clients?
Well I asked one and her reply was, “Patience, Patience, Patience.” She continued by explaining that she always tries to listen to the customer before trying to offer solutions to the problem. She admitted that it was challenging to deal with irate customers who were intent on taking out their frustrations on her but she always tries to maintain a calm demeanor.
