New Year, Old Problems?

Author : teriann

After all the stress we experienced in 2010, it was a relief to welcome a new year. However, the problems of last year still linger on into the New Year.

Last year was all about digging a little deeper in the pocket or choosing to buy less of some commodities. So will 2011 be better for consumers?

Who knows what the future will bring but the financial squeeze does not seem to be letting up anytime soon.

It has been suggested that the minimum wage should be increased but that might be a double edged sword. While some workers will benefit, others might lose their jobs if their employers decide to downsize staff because they cannot afford to pay.

So tighten your belts once again as we get ready for 2011.
