Drifting: The new AE86 is here in Jamaica!

I was trapped in one of my typical unplanned journeys along one of the numerous one way roads in the downtown Kingston area, when I glimpsed a glowing-red machine, a few cars ahead. My trained eye initiated rapid data processing from my brain, to ascertain if what I thought i saw, was the genuine article.

I concluded that a closer look was required to confirm my suspicion. Fortunately, we were headed in the same direction and after utilizing Jamaican taxi driver skills, I came to a stop in the right lane next to the machine. Toyota’s attempt to return to its roots – the new AE86 was now within touching distance!

I signaled the lucky bastard behind the wheel and asked if he had time for a few snaps, he willingly obliged. You will now see what I saw.

Menacing?

I have not decided if I love the wheels (rims).
