Drag Racing: Drag Challenge#2 – through my lens.

Author : cmunroe

As stated earlier, Drag Challenge #2, in my view, was a very successful event and a marked improvement on what was offered at Drag Challenge#1. My lens grabbed a few shots and generosity dictates that it would be remiss of me not to share. So here goes.

Asafa’s immaculate machine got cold feet and left early.

Dover machines took the opportunity to showoff!

Show me the loser who does not love a ‘clean’, muscle-bound DC5R!

Little T’s version of Mad Max Beyond Vernamfield! This machine rocked the 12 seconds class.

Orville’s Pulsar needs no introduction. He was busy – competing in at least 3 different, but awesome machines.

Nissan is rapidly getting its act together. The drivers are definitely committed to making a significant presence at drag racing events. This VVL inspired B12 is a natural monster!

Another Nissan from the same crew. Henney’s B13 kept the Nismo fans happy.

And the King of the Hill – couldn’t even find a worthy opponent! That is what happens when you can blast along the 1320ft in 9 seconds!

The words have been chosen by my brain, but they are trapped in my heart!

Congratulations NDRC – job well done!
