Nu Gen Motorsportz – Drifting at Dover!

Author : cmunroe

There are moments when we allow ourselves to be trapped in everything that is unpleasant and negative around us. Our selfish nearsightedness reduces our daily existence to a frightful illusion – a horrifying journey through a tropical, chik-v-mosquito infested swamp with genetically-engineered, voracious crocodiles lurking in the murky water!

Consumed by our breathless pursuit of the Veyron-speeding, rapidly disappearing financial dream, we tend to lose sight of what should be most important. But, there is hope. A shot of adrenalin can jump-start a fallen addict – Pulp Fiction – so a new lease on life is always available waiting to inspire a genesis of sorts, a rebirth, an optimistic outlook with happiness on the horizon.

A gentle flick of the switch will allow the room to be illuminated and the moral of the story will be revealed in minute portions despite the fact that you are not the holder of an advanced degree in Psychology! Message – we have a lot to be thankful for, appreciate more, show love and greet each day with a widening smile!

My appreciation for the feats of ‘lurid sidewayness’ introduced to my island paradise by Nu Gen Motorsportz/Ter- Tech needs no repetition but I am certain it will hurt no ego if it is stated again, but this time in a more vociferous tone – THANK YOU! Our concept of drifting before their arrival to our white-sand beach shores was shaped by YouTube, whatever dvds were available, the almighty cable provider and the army of 360 degree warriors which reside within our communities! Much love to all the legends from Mandeville, St. E and Mobay – the ‘sideway’ world is a much happier place thanks to you!

As I have stated before, watching motorsports on the ‘big screen’ or the ‘little screen’ which most of us have is nothing in comparison to being at the actual event. When you hear a drift machine in its abusive, violent, uncorked state, adjectives are powerless – try orgasmic! Ter-Tech landed here earlier in 2014 and they left us with everything that is good and noble about the art of drifting including copious portions of dismembered tyres! Thankfully (revisit first two paragraphs) a spot covered with sympathy appeared in their hearts and they chose to revisit our gorgeous isle. They were present at Heroes of Speed and this time they brought an exceptional motivational speaker in the shape and form of the best that Bavaria has to offer – a 800 hp BMW!
