Subject: Resignation – JRDC, TRC

Dear Charles,

Please be advised that after much thought I am regretfully submitting my resignation as Executive Director of the JRDC and as Executive Member of the TRC with immediate effect.

While it is my belief that all directors are deeply committed to improving the future of the JRDC and TRC, the lack of communication, frequent discord and arbitrary manner in which the overall objectives of the executive committee are handled have caused me to become jaded, demotivated and to question my relevance to the JRDC.

That said, I would like to thank you and all other directors for affording me the opportunity to serve in one way or another over the past couple of years. I will do whatever it takes to facilitate a smooth transition of my position.
