How to shop for the picky eater

Do you have a picky eater in your home?  In these times when every dollar counts it is challenging to shop for those children who only eat certain types of foods.  Here are a few suggestions I found useful:

  • Buy frozen vegetables instead of fresh
  • Buy generic brand of cereals (they won’t know the difference)
  • Buy snacks in variety packs
