How can we protect our children?
Maybe we need to return to being our brother’s keeper. Many parents seem to have no one to leave their children with when they run errands. Why not help by offering babysitting service?
It might also make sense that someone has left their child alone that you alert the authorities.
What about those who prey on our children?
Warn your children about giving out personal information.
Make sure they understand they are never to leave with a stranger or take shortcuts. Ensure they know the numbers used to access emergency services.
Encourage children to avoid accepting rides and gifts from strangers.
