Well, according to the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce consumer confidence has improved this quarter.
They noted that more plans were made to have vacations, which is one of the signs of increased confidence among consumers.
I don’t know if I necessarily feel more confident but I have learned how to stretch the dollar.
The one thing I know about Jamaican consumers is that they are resilient and never stay down for long. We are also resourceful and know how to have fun so going on vacation is an essential part of our life.
