We will welcome the fifth month of 2012 in a matter of hours. May, may (that was deliberate) have significant meaning to millions across the world, for a variety of reasons – think individuals who still look forward to birthdays will eager anticipation!
For motor sports enthusiasts at the regional level, May has major meaning, in the shape and form of the battle for Caribbean supremacy. May introduces Round 1 of the Caribbean Motor Racing Championship and fortunately for Jamaica, Round 1 is held at our regional- renowned facility, Dover Raceway, in St. Ann. But, that is still weeks away and when the month begins my time will be devoured by happenings related to the event.
So in closing out April, the ‘All Fools’ month, thanks to a link sent by the – ‘dedicated to motor sports’ – Dean Corrodus, I will allow you to immerse yourself in a bit of what Jamaica has to offer on the dexterity level.
