Skunk Nation is busy accomplishing what many car guys have dreamt about, but for myriad reasons, have not been able to accomplish. The ‘banging’ party, held at the National Stadium on Saturday, was billed as – The Official Import Link Up of the Streets – Uniting the Streets – The Ultimate Car Party Experience with Jamaica’s Stinkest Machines!
When I heard about the event, I did not think twice – I am familiar with some of what Skunk Nation has done in the past and I had no reason to think that they were about to ‘fall off’ with what was obviously their biggest event to date. So, I made a link with Stephen to confirm my presence.
We eventually rolled through the security check -point about 9:30pm. We did not have a long wait before it was made abundantly clear that this party would be ‘off the chain’. ATL Racing delivered the opening remarks with their 2 Dover bred machines! I was thinking that it would be difficult to top that – a DTM machine and Chiney Dolly’s machine greeting you at the gate? WOW!
‘Chiney Dolly’s’ machine.
The theme of high-quality, street, race or luxury machines was consistent and visible everywhere your feet could carry you at the event. And the Uniting the Streets concept? Locked like a Glock! Name the machine or the crew – Honda, Subaru, Evo, Toyota, Nissan - did I leave out any worthy machine? They were all accounted for with pristine machines!
Yes, it was a Honda dominated party!
Do you see tyre smoke?
‘Gleaming’!
How Stink is this ATL GTR?
There are areas I saw were improvements are necessary, but they do not deserve mention here and now. What must be emphasized, is the fact that the party made a good impression, the first time out. The ladies rolled out, skimpily clad, in tropical, summer evening wear. Choose your preference, she was there – tall, short, slim, fluffy, drop-dead gorgeous, ‘buck up’ beautiful and even while sleeping good-looking – they were too many!
Party time!
What do you think about the ladies in this pic with Nick ‘The Genius’ Lue?
I had a ‘Stinking’-good time, the party ‘sell-off’ and if we listen to Nick ‘The Genius’ Lue, the next event will be even ‘Stinker’! Cork your Nose!
