Drag Challenge#5 – N/A will put boost to the test!

If you provide an excellent product, in a market with astute consumers, success awaits at the next cash register! We have been introduced to an invigorating, entertaining and occasionally stimulating product – the NDRC’s Nestle Supligen Drag Challenge  Racing Series.

If the series was a sound system which was dependent on the sound-clash formula to pay the bills, it would file bankruptcy long ago, because at each event it breaks all the records! Records falling like prearranged dominoes is a consistent feature of the highly successful series and all things being equal, this Sunday, December 13th, drag racing fans are hoping that the Golden State Warriors-type trend continues!

It is common-place for 100+ machines to ink their names on the registration forms at Drag Challenge events and the fact that this event will close the season, drag racers with citizenship status across the Caribbean, will be eager to pull the best yet from the inferno rustling in their engine bays.

Our ‘yankee’ neighbors have a popular cliche – there is no replacement for displacement. But we, the likkle but we tallawah platoon, have shown that their claim is baseless! With minute, Japanese-built motors, we have confronted the theory and pulverized it into hopeless submission!

How was it accomplished? Blame the bastard known worldwide as a turbocharger! Slap on one of those monsters and what was an innocuous, docile pet, becomes a rampaging creature from the depths of places only hell knows!

Drag Challenge events have countless such beasts nestled below tents, awaiting their encounter with the ‘tree’. Time will be crucified at Drag Challenge#5 and I am certain you want to be present to witness the mayhem which will unfold.

It cannot be overlooked though that an anomaly has surfaced in recent times. I speak of the glitch in the matrix referred to as N/A machines. An explanation is required, but the CIA, MI6 or the former KGB would be defeated if they entered a secrecy contest against the M.A.D.man, Xavia Murray and Kenneth ‘Ken T’ Timoll.

Xavia and Ken T have concocted their own interpretation of the same brew, which when served piping hot, distributes turbo-shattering blows! We, many years ago, could not have foreseen that 450+ horsepower, tornado-like turbocharged machines, would be kicked to any available curb by a N/A demon! Come to Drag Challenge#5 this Sunday and prepare to be amazed!
