DRAG RACING: AMS STRIKES AGAIN – FIRST GTR TO RIP A 6 SECONDS PASS!

So, I passed through ATL’s ‘car party’ on Oxford Road recently. I will concede without coercion that I appreciate what ATL Automotive brings to the Jamaican car culture. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that we are in a much better position re the machine lifestyle. The machines that they bring to ‘the rock’ has definitely elevated our ‘fast machine’ status!

Neutral I am not. I visited the location simply based on the fact that I knew that Porsche and the heavy hitting BMW ogres – the M3 and M4 would be in the building! When I arrived at the parking area and exited my trusty steed, I was informed by the security assistant present that I would be transported to ‘Party Central’ – by the waiting ‘Executive’ coaster bus.

Please bear this in mind – ‘Party Central’ was 3 minutes walking distance from the parking lot! The 29-seated bus had a full complement of 4 passengers (including 2 ATL Automotive members of staff)!

ATL AUTOMOTIVE

At ATL Automotive’s suite on Oxford Road, the VIP-emblazoned carpets were rolled out to welcome John and Jane  Public. But, my champagne-toasting moment came when my posterior was firmly planted in the 2017 BMW M3. Kevin located the device to initiate ignition and the glorious motor was coaxed to life.

The purring feline transmitted a symphony like no other and when prodded by minute blips of the overly responsive throttle, overwhelming elation beckoned with ferocious intensity! I am currently seeking dollars to exceed the 10 million mark! Yes, I accept foreign currency!

Drag racing is a sport where less is more and time is King, Queen and any other member of the of the royal clan! The fastest elapsed time is an elusive beast. Years and several fortunes may feel the burden of the quest. But,there is no replacement for knowledge and a proven track record in a chosen field. Do you know the name AMS Performance? I will rant no more! AMS has accomplished that which cannot be erased. Others will definitely join the group, but AFTER AMS did it!
