Life is littered with irony. Nicky Hayden spent his life aboard machines, which when engaged in their petrol-induced fury, reduce life-size images to a blended blur. The 2006 MotoGP World Champion was one of those characters who defied the typical aloof demeanor normally associated with success. By all accounts, Nicky was well-loved and respected by most in the paddock.

In a callous twist of inexplicable fate, Nicky Hayden, aka The Kentucky Kid, succumbed to injuries he received as a result of a cycling accident in Italy. We have no answers, but we can pray for his family.

RALLYCROSS

Petter Solberg still maintains that childish exuberance and deep-seated passion whenever he jumps in a rally machine. He has had his share of despair in the FIA’s World Rallycross Championship. In 2017, however, he has new firepower and after narrowly missing out on P1 at the previous round where his teammate stole his thunder, Petter found valid reasons to distribute a cache of 360s!
