Testing is history. Racing is the present!
And just in case there was an element of doubt re the World Champion’s state of readiness, Lewis Hamilton left mouths agape and eyes full-moon bright, when he conceived supreme speed and stellar pace and distanced himself from his colleagues.
It possibly was expected, but he had to deliver. And that he did. So, Hamilton is on pole. Raikkonen managed to slip by Vettel and grab P2. Vettel sits P3.
Do you see any change in the status quo? Vettel began with a bang in 2017. Should we anticipate an upset? Will Lewis succumb to scarlet fury?
We will see. Lewis for my money, but I am willing to be pleasantly surprised.
