Competing wheels should be engaged in continuous rotation, following a responsible path to Jamwest Motorsports Park. The claim was made. Some will disagree. But, the reality is, St Ann is actually the home of some rather fast machines. Fans of the sport will not ignore the tireless effort, of for example, Seymour Anderson and his legion of speed.
The proven 9 seconds King – Mr Evering – was nurtured and schooled in the same camp. Mr Villiers, a.ka. Spoon, was always a permanent fixture in the 11 seconds class. And despite his rejection of boost by gear and other technological goodies to slash e.ts. he currently resides in the 10 seconds class and the machines he builds an brings to the track can only be described as ruthless ogres of speed!
And the same camp boasts a recently built EG which has a fearless warrior in its seat. Who am I talking about? Waylon! Should I include the deceptive angel-white R35 that triggers seismic shifts each time it squats and incinerates the 1320? Mr Glenroy Allen! Machine!
Argue we will. And it is a valid debate. No one can deny that St Ann is indeed the home of some of the fastest machines in Jamaica. And if you are not convinced – guess what? Step up or shut up! At 8:01 am, Jan 25th Ken-T Racing indicated that the “Track is live we out here”.
Think your parish has the fastest machines. The track is ready and waiting for you to defend your speech! St Ann is ready! Are you?
