The Customer is always right!
Author : teriannThe above slogan does not sound Jamaican in origin. In fact at most business places the slogan usually seems to be, ‘squeeze every cent from your customers and make them wait.’
That might sound a bit harsh but have you ever had to wait in line at a bank, fast food place or at any government office?
True they are providing a service but why can’t they treat customers as a valuable part of the system? Often I feel like they don’t seem to care that the slow service is costing you time and money!
There are some companies who try to instill good customer service but unfortunately they are dwarfed by those who consistently provide poor service. Are you affected by poor customer service? How do you cope?

Customer Service in Jamiaca is a real sore point.When you enter some business places, the employees behave as if you are there to beg them something, while the owner acts differently. When it can be avoided, i stick to places that give me great service and for others i suck it up or just shop elsewhere whenever possible.A few times i just return the rudeness.
