Jeffery took his unforgiving weapon – Ford Focus WRC – and his partner in mayhem, Mike Fennell Jr, to Barbados and relentless shelling ensued! When the weapon finally fell silent, Jeffery Panton and Mike Fennell Jr were crowned King of the Hill and Rally Barbados Champions 2017!
